The DANA LN-6S six-printhead coding machine for eggs, is designed for marking each egg with a unique identifier to help egg producers establish their brand. Equipped with a conveyor, it reduces manual operation to reposition and automatically completes the coding of entire trays of eggs. The machine features six printheads arranged in a line. So it is capable of printing marks to six rows of eggs at once and meeting most egg packaging specifications on the market.

1.An elastic positioning baffle is installed at the head of the conveyor, facilitating the placement of egg trays by workers. It is equipped with a variable frequency motor that ensures stable operation speed and precise start-stop control.

2.A photoelectric sensor is installed at the conveyor end, which automatically stops the egg tray when it reaches the end of the conveyor line, preventing damage to the tray or the eggs.

3.Universal wheels are mounted under the support feet, making it easy to move the machine, saving time and effort.

4.Equipped with a quad-core CPU and Linux system, the operation is smooth, safe, and stable. The high-definition capacitive touch screen features large icons for easy editing and clear visibility. Common function menus and one-touch print settings make it easy to learn and use.

5.The built-in cartridge detection function dynamically displays the remaining ink level; multiple indicator lights allow users to clearly monitor the status of each cartridge.

6.Featured printhead buffer devices, and the printheads automatically rising up when eggs pass, preventing collisions while ensuring coding quality. Motor-driven automatic height adjustment for the printhead makes coding of different sizes of eggs worry-free.
